Jack Carey did an excellent job throughout the process, particuarly in negotiating the final contract and keeping me informed as a seller of the property. He was highly professional and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend Jack Carey as an agent.

He was very patient with our requests and schedules to ensure that we were getting a house that we loved. After swearing 29 years ago that we'd never move again, it happened. The son got married and promised us grandchildren. And so the journey to Florida began. Well, since we had only one alternative, we called John "Jack" Carey. Thank goodness we did. No one and I mean no one, would have done the job Jack Carey did for us. Being that we thought we'd never be leaving that house alive, we needed Jack's calm personality to soothe our craziness. He was the perfect fit! Jack got us through the sale and helped us keep our sanity, I'm not totally sure he did though, (what a trooper). The price we got on the house was a huge plus but only second to having Jack there through every step of the way. Any one looking for the perfect agent, need look no further. Thanks Jack!!

I have personally known Jack Carey for many years, as I went to school with his daughters. He ran into my parents at the supermarket one day and in a brief conversation it was mentioned that when we were ready to begin house shopping we should contact him. At my initial email to Jack, he immediately followed up with a quick phone call, set up a meeting for later that night despite it being a weekend and has been so prompt in every response since then. It was no question whether or not we would use Jack as our realtor based on knowing him from the neighborhood as well as our initial encounters with him. From the beginning of our house hunting experience, Jack was well-informed, on time, understanding and supportive of every aspect of the process. He set up our open houses, appointments, guided us in placing our offers and negotiations and we truly trusted his opinion and guidance during our decision making every step of the way. Knowing Jack previously, he has always been a friendly face! However, we got to know him over the last few months. He was honest, always answered promptly, provided us with all information necessary in a timely fashion, he was professional and listened to our wants, needs and concerns during each encounter. From beginning to end, our experience with Century 21, specifically with Jack felt seamless, easy, pleasant and enjoyable to say the least! Despite being in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, Jack made us feel comfortable in each situation we entered and made the process seem to run very smoothly. We truly appreciate everything Jack did for us during this crazy house hunting process, he made it seem less stressful, organized and fun. John showed a dedication to selling our home and was always optimistic in his assessment of our success. At our first meeting, John outlined his plan of action for marketing our house and followed this plan throughout the showing period. He answered every question and was always honest in his assessments. We always felt that we knew where we stood and what we could expect, which is a rare thing. We couldn't be happier with his work or with the outcome of it.

I met John at an open house and he was very helpful from the moment we met. It was a long process to find the right house for me and he worked hard the whole way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the areas that I was looking in very well which definitely aided in his ability to find what I was looking for. My overall experience with John Carey and Century21 American homes was outstanding. I was a first time home buyer with a lot of questions and uncertainties. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jack was during this whole situation for me, my husband and my 82 yr. old brother who was now moving to California from NY. Jack was absolutely a Godsend! We had no clue about finding a NY realtor till a very dear friend recommended him. Jack was very friendly and kind and totally upfront about what was needed prior to and during the sale.
